The Zurich Opera House

Zürich
Play

The Zurich Opera House is a fine example of theatre architecture dating to around 1900 and one of the few surviving theatres designed by the Viennese architects Fellner and Helmer. The exterior of the building is classical, while the interior is impressively decorated in a rich and playful neo-Baroque style and imaginatively designed.
